TRANSMISSION – BSD’s first full length team video will be released worldwide on DVD in July.

It will feature full sections from pro team riders David Grant, Dan Paley, Luc Legrand, Kriss Kyle, Mike ‘Jersey’ Taylor, Sam Jones, Alex Donnachie, Reed Stark and Liam Zingbergs and is filmed and edited by Dave Sowerby.
The world premiere of TRANSMISSION will be held in Glasgow on Saturday 9th July, more details on that to follow over the next few days.
Chaz Mailey and Connor Mailey recently took a couple of months out to road trip through Texas and Colorado and put together the awesome video of their travels. After checking out the video read a few words from Chaz about their trip and peep a few photos of Chaz, Connor and John Deans below…
‘This is probably the best trip I’ve ever been on, good friends and good times the whole way! Packing all your shit into a pick up and just driving, travelling around another country, with no plans other than set up camp, ride some bikes and drink some beer. We booked this trip with the intention of just having fun so it was a bonus that we ended up being able to film a video at the same time.
Cheers to Walmart for making cheep camping gear, cheers to Chevy for making a rad pick up, cheers to Lone Star for making awesome beer, Cheers to the measures in Sidebar and cheers to everyone we met along the way for making this such a good time!

A FEW WORDS ABOUT YOUR SETUP:
“I’ve just set up my new Passenger frame. As soon as I built it up and stepped on it it felt so good and it rode just how I’d planned it to. I designed my new frame as a progression of the Trailorparks geometry which I really liked but I added a few changes. The Passenger frame has got a steeper head angle, taller headtube, higher standover, beefier tubing and newly design external gussets on the top and downtubes.
I’ve set my frame up with the new dark red colourway of my Live Life seat, the colour works really well with the new trans gold frame. I’m also testing out the prototype BSD tyres, I’ve been riding them a few days and they feel really nice with a good squeak.
I’m so happy with how the Passenger frame has turned out and I’m buzzing to be over here in Phoenix right now on my first trip riding it and filming for a new BSD edit.”
The Passenger frame and dark red Live Life seat will be available from BSD dealers as of late November.
At the end of last year BSD was one of four teams invited to take part in Ride UK Magazine’s Warehouse Project. Each team got an empty warehouse, a bunch of ramps and materials and were given 5 days to come up with a video concept to film which then went onto DVD in the Warehouse Project issue of the mag. Ride UK have just put all the edits online for everyone to watch so if you want to see what we got up to our edit is below and we have inlcuded some bonus and behind-the-scenes photos too. If you are into our edit then you can vote for BSD on the Ride UK site here >

This summer the BSD team travelled 1,500 miles through the UK to stop off at 20Twenty Store, Evans, Mode, Alpha, Crucial and The Source bike shops and film some riding along the way. Despite our pessimistic weather forecast for the trip we were treated to some amazing sunny days and a few rainy ones but everyone had a blast along the way. Here is the video of the shop trip. Thanks to all the shops we visited and everyone that we hung out with along the way. You all made it a fun time!
Seven days on the road hitting spots, trying challenges and generally having a laugh during Ride to Glory always means there’s lots of extra random challenges, riding and nonsense that goes on that normally goes unseen. This year we’ve decided to take some of those clips that didn’t make it into our Ride to Glory edit and put them together for you to see here. Have a watch and you can also see the full BSD Ride to Glory edit again below…
Remember this is the last week that you can vote for all the Ride to Glory videos so if you enjoyed our edit please vote for BSD here…
This is the second of two exclusive edits that go along with the ‘Any Which Way in the USA’ article in the latest issue of Dig. Dave Sowerby put together this behind the scenes video from the filming of the the DVD, this time focusing on Vincent Perraud’s photography…
