Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All orders we receive before 2pm GMT time will be shipped out the same day. We will always use a tracking service so you can track your order and keep up to date on when to expect your BSD delivery! Delivery charges vary, depending on the option you choose at checkout.
If it is the first time you have placed an order with BSD, we may require your order be sent to the registered cardholders billing address. This is to protect you and BSD against possible card fraud.
Transport Damage
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please report this to the shipping company straight away and then get in touch with us prior to returning your item. It is important you do not sign for the delivery if the box is damaged or lost. You can contact us here.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The items must be returned in a new condition and with the original packaging. If the product has been damaged, used (including any form of bike set-up, e.g. mounting handlebars, cranks, forks etc) or has had the labels/stickers removed, it will not be possible for us to issue a refund.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to process a return and place a new order, we are unable to hold stock while an exchange is being processed.
Arranging a Return
When returning a product, please include the original packaging. Take care to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transit. To ensure a smooth return we recommend returning the product using a tracked delivery service. Upon receiving the product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as the original order. We regret that we are not able to cover the cost of returning your item.
