A FEW WORDS FROM DAN ABOUT HIS SETUP:
“As always it’s a pleasure to build a new bike and this one is no exception! I’m buzzin’ on the new colours for 2017 and I’ve gone for the matt burgundy version this time. Stoked that the 2017 BSD frames come with integrated chain tensioners so there’s no need to worry about your wheel moving. Another new product I’m stoked on are the Substance XL cranks, they’ve been designed with less material around the axle bosses making them more ankle friendly and boast a hefty 24mm axle that actually works out lighter with the BB than 22mm! I’m also running some prototype Rude Tube LT pegs that have an aluminium core for lightness with a steel insert where the drop out touches the peg so the softer aluminium doesn’t deform and adhere to your axle. As for everything else I’ve stuck to what I know like the 2.25″ Donnasqueak tires, Stacked stem and straight link Forever chain”.
